For all stock market for beginners out there,
the best stocks to invest long term in are best of breeds. They
provide consistent income and consistent growth for years. Over the
years, you’ll be able to obtain a guaranteed profit on the
price of the stock as well as a consistent quarterly income.
It’s hard to turn down a profitable stock like the best of
breeds when it provides investors with two ways to make money.
Of course best of breed companies are less
exciting and won’t provide investors with big, quick cash
flows. That’s why it’s the best type of stock for long
term investors. Whether you’re investing for your retirement,
college fund, or just saving for a rainy day; best of breeds are
the best companies to use. There is very little risk with these
companies and therefore there is almost no way that over at least a
2 year time period that you’ll end up losing.
What exactly are best of breeds? These are
companies that are the top companies in their industry. For
instance, Proctor and Gamble is a best of breed company in the
conglomerate industry. They own a significant amount of the
consumer companies out there and have reached a great size that no
other company can really contend with. To determine which companies
are best of breeds, just research each industry separately and
you’ll be able to see through the fundamentals and analyst
expectations which companies are consistent winners.
